The Government of Telangana is highly committed towards addressing the grievances faced by the Startups/Mentors/Incubators/Innovators (Student Innovators, Grassroot Innovators, Social Innovators) and others across a host of areas, including but not limited to Funding, Public Procurement, Regulatory Issues, Incubation Support, Intellectual Property Rights, Mentorship, Startup Recognition etc. 

To this effect, the Government of Telangana has architectured a robust online mechanism to address grievances of the respective stakeholders on the State Startup Portal (www.startup.telangana.gov.in) 

The time taken to resolve a grievance may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. However, the Startup Telangana grievance redressal team is committed to resolving grievances within 5-7 business working days (resolutions are found in the specified service level agreement (SLA) timelines i.e. for Recognised Users, the SLA is 5 days and Non Recognised/Unregistered users the SLA is 12 days). The grievance raised will be provided to the concerned Officer of the program/scheme and if the response is not satisfactory/no response has been given, within 12 days the request is auto-escalated to the Chief Innovation Officer of Telangana State.
